Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applicable for all orders totaling more than R2,000. For orders less than R2,000, shipping costs will be presented at checkout and you will have the option of choosing Economy or Express shipping.
Economy Shipping
- Order needs to be placed before 10am to be dispatched same day
- Delivery takes place within 3-4 business days
Express Shipping
- Order needs to be placed before 10am to be dispatched same day
- Delivery takes place within 1-2 business days
Shipping & Delivery example
- You place an order for an item at 13:00 on a Monday
- The order gets packaged and prepared for shipment. However, because your order was placed after the cutoff time of 10am for same day dispatch, it gets collected by the courier on Tuesday morning
- Economy shipping – Expect delivery in 3-4 business days (Friday or the following Monday)
- Express shipping – Expect delivery in 1-2 business days (Wednesday or Thursday)
Please note that orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via economy (3-4 business days).
Please check the product page for specific delivery times as some items are sold on lead time while we wait for stock to arrive.
Delivery of your order is limited to valid South African addresses, and will take place on business days from 08h00 to 16h00. Upon delivery, you or the authorised person receiving the order may be asked for identification.
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for quality and quantity as per your order and to ensure they are defect-free. The courier does not accept any returns. If you need to return any products, you must follow the procedure outlined in our Online Returns which can be accessed here: https://bikez.co.za/refund-policy/

All orders placed on bikez.co.za are shipped via The Courier Guy. You will be sent real-time tracking updates via email after placing an order.
