Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a sellable condition. We reserve the express right to determine whether the returned product is deemed sellable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase mailed to hello@bikez.co.za. The cost to return the item via courier will be for the customers own account.

Please note that any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.

Any returned items exhibiting signs of usage (such as wear, bugs, dirt, odour, pet hairs, scuffs, mounting marks, traces of detergent, or sweat etc.) or is in a different condition from its original received state, is ineligible for return and will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
